Within the strict urban plan by West 8, characterized by narrow streets and deep plots, Dok has designed three-story homes. At street level, a shared parking garage is located in the center of the building block. From this garage, residents have direct access to their homes and storage rooms. The front doors of all houses open directly onto the street. This level contains a street-facing room, storage space, and a staircase leading to the main living areas.

The living room, kitchen, and dining room are situated on the first floor, arranged around a central patio. On the second floor are two additional bedrooms and access to the rooftop terrace. In the street, the recessed entrance niches further emphasize the individuality of each home. The laminated timber beams, combined with brick and glass infills, add rhythm and character to the narrow streets.

This sustainable, compact layout results in attractive and affordable housing.
