At Dok Architecten, we believe that powerful architecture arises from a careful and transparent process. That’s why we work meticulously in ArchiCAD, fully aligned with the BIM methodology.

With more than ten years of BIM experience, we design at a high Level of Detail (LOD) and remain actively involved throughout the entire construction process — from sketch to screw.

Our engineering process is clearly structured into four phases: Initiative, Design, Execution, and Management. Each phase consists of logical, interconnected steps that strengthen the quality of both the design and its realization.

We build an accurate 3D model, resolve clashes at an early stage, and orchestrate all relevant BIM protocols and ILS agreements.

Everything we do is aimed at elevating architecture to a higher level: creating a building that is coherent, convincing, and inspiring.
